- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND PURCHASE POLICIES
The following GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND PURCHASE POLICIES, (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) sets out the policies and conditions governing the use of the website multiploeditions.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and the purchases of editions/products made through it. The Website is owned by MULTIPLO TRADING INC., a company duly registered in the British Virgin Islands under the Business Company number 2039914, with address in BMW Plaza, 7th floor, 50th street, Panama City, Republic of Panama (hereinafter referred to as “MULTIPLO”). The user, consumer or visitor (hereinafter the “Client”), who accesses the Website, is subject to the Terms and Conditions, so we suggest your previous reading, before accessing the Website or making any purchases through it.
The following Terms and Conditions come into force as of its publication, and any subsequent amendment that may be made by MULTIPLO. By accessing or using the Website, the Client expresses its willingness to accept the Terms and Conditions and declares that has read and understood. If the Client does not accept the Terms and Conditions, must refrain from accessing, using or making purchases through the Website.
The Website, and any of its elements, may not be reproduced or copied without the prior consent of MULTIPLO. MULTIPLO may amend these Terms and Conditions and, in general, all elements contained in the Website, so it is understood that each time the Client accesses the Website, accept the modifications applied.
MULTIPLO may dictate special conditions and policies for specific editions/products, which will be duly informed through the Website.
MULTIPLO does not guarantee the uninterrupted use of the Website, or that their information is updated and, therefore, it is warned that it may contain errors. The Client must ask through a direct contact with MULTIPLO staff, through the contact addresses published on the Website, if the conditions of the edition/product you want to purchase are updated.
- PRIVACY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information provided by the Client, when accessing the Website or making purchases, such as name, email address, PO box, is only saved for sending promotions or for confirming and sending orders. Credit card numbers are never saved on MULTIPLO´s files and will only be processed on the bank’s servers. We do not send credit card numbers by email.
We hire third-party companies to help us provide services or process your transactions. For example, we may maintain the hosting of our site or databases on the machines of another company and / or use their services to host sections of our Website, or we may contract with another company to answer questions from our customers, to send information about our editions/products or other services or process orders. In order for them to carry out their duties, these third-party companies may have limited access to some of your data that we keep in our files. We require that all third parties keep your personal information confidential, limit access to that information to the minimum necessary to carry out their work, and not use the information for purposes other than their commitment to us.
We are not responsible for the additional information that you provide to these third parties and we encourage you to familiarize yourself with their own privacy policies before disclosing information to them. The contents, pages and screens of the site, together with the logo and brand are owned by MULTIPLO, they are duly registered and protected by law. In no case may use of any of them without the written authorization of we.
The information, images and graphic content contained in this site may not be copied, modified, reproduced, in whole or in part, or published or distributed for commercial purposes.
- DURATION AND TERMINATION
The service of the Website has an indefinite duration. However, MULTIPLO may terminate or suspend the provision of this service at any time without previous notice.
- INTELECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
All contents of the Website, such as text, graphics, images, icons, software and graphic design, are a creation whose property belongs to MULTIPLO, for this reason is prohibited its total or partial reproduction without prior authorization of MULTIPLO.
The editions/products published for the sale in the Website are protected under the international standards of Copyright protection, therefore, its reproduction or copy is prohibited.
The content of the Website is general and of informative purpose, without fully guaranteeing access to all content, nor its validity or timeliness, suitability or usefulness for a specific purpose.
MULTIPLO will not be liable for damages that may be caused by the use of information provided through the Website.
Due to the fact that the current technical means available do not guarantee the absolute lack of interference from third parties on the sites published on the Internet, MULTIPLO does not guarantee the accuracy or veracity of everything or part of the information contained in the Website, nor its update, nor that this information has been altered or modified in whole or in part, after being included in the Website, nor any other aspect or characteristic of the information provided by means of the Website or through the links eventually included in the same one.
- EDITION/PRODUCT PRICES
All prices of editions/products published through the Website do not include shipping expenses. Also, the expenses for tariffs and taxes generated by the authorities of other countries to sales made outside their country are excluded, these expenses must be assumed by the Client. The prices of the editions/products are subject to change without previous notice.
- EDITION/PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
MULTIPLO informs the Client that the editions/products published for sale will be available until its limited inventory is sold out. At no time MULTIPLO will intentionally sell more units than the available inventory.
Nevertheless, in the supposition that, the edition/product is not available after having submitted the order, the Client will be informed by e-mail of the total or partial annulment of this one. The partial cancellation of the order due to lack of availability of an edition/product does not give the Client the right to cancel the entire order. In the case that the edition/product is not available, MULTIPLO will make the refund of the money that has been paid for the purchase of the unavailable edition/product.
We reserve the right to limit the sale of editions/products to one per customer.
Multiplo will not sell intentionally more units than available for sell. Nevertheless, Multiplo cannot guarantee that editions/products published in the website will always be available on inventory. Inventory indicators may not be completely accurate, due to unexpected development and programming issues that are not under Multiplo’s control.
Multiplo reserves the right to cancel orders due to unexpected, unforeseen, or fortuitous events that may impede the sell, transfer and or cede of the edition/product.
Multiplo will not be subject to damage claims or any other type of claim that the customer may try to execute due to the impossibility, failure, or inability of editions/products that cannot be sold, transferred, or cede due to unexpected, unforeseen, or fortuitous events.
In the event that Multiplo cannot sell, transfer and or cede an edition/product to the Customer that already paid for the edition/product, Multiplo will promptly notify by email of this circumstance.
Any payments made will be refunded within 30 calendar days.
- EDITION/PRODUCT PAYMENT
The Client compromises to pay the full value of his order at the time of confirming his purchase order. Only Visa, MasterCard, and/or PayPal payments will be accepted. The Client expressly authorizes MULTIPLO to withdraw the funds from the credit card provided to complete the purchase, in accordance with the conditions established for each case.
The initial price of the edition/product published on the Website does not include the shipping fees. In any case, these fees will be applied to the final purchase price.
The Client must notify MULTIPLO of any improper or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email, to the following address (email@example.com) within five (5) working days after the purchase of the edition/product, so that MULTIPLO may proceed with the appropriate arrangements to reverse the purchase, which must be made jointly with the credit card operator.
Before the acceptance by MULTIPLO of any purchase order, the Client must choose the preferred payment method of the corresponding price, according to the means of payment that are previously and specifically established on the Website. We must warn that although, MULTIPLO has made available to the Client a secure connection system for the cancellation of payments for the purchase of a certain edition/product, in no case MULTIPLO will be responsible for failures in communications from banks or credit institutions, nor will be responsible for any damage caused to the Client as a result of an action or omission of such entities. When the payment has been verified, MULTIPLO will proceed with the acceptance of the order of purchase submitted by the Client.
MULTIPLO reserves the right to deny a purchase order or to accept it partially. In both cases, MULTIPLO will only be bound to give the Client a refund for the payment of the denied order or the fraction of the purchase order corresponding to the edition/product not available for sale, without any type of interest or yield.
- ORDER FORMALIZATION
Once the order is formalized, that is to say, with the confirmation of the purchase order, MULTIPLO will send an e-mail to the Client confirming the details of the purchase order, indicating the general information of the edition/product and the shipping date.
- ORDER CANCELATION
Once the payment of the order has been confirmed, no returns are accepted. However, changes to the order may be possible, within twenty-four (24) hours, if the edition/product is available for sale and its price is of same value. If it is a lower value, the Client will generate a credit in its favor, and if the case is the opposite, the Client must pay the difference of the edition/product price. The order must be reviewed and confirmed by MULTIPLO before accepting it, in order to confirm edition/product availability to the Client.
- DEADLINE, PLACE OF DELIVERY AND LOST OF PRODCUTS
- Delivery of the Edition/Product: MULTIPLO will coordinate the shipping logistics of the edition/product to the address provided by the Client through the order form.
MULTIPLO will not be responsible for the errors caused in the delivery when the address provided by the Client in the order form is not precise or correct.
- Shipping Time: Shipments will be made through DHL, or any other international shipping company (hereinafter the “Shipping Company”) with which MULTIPLO has an agreement. The edition/product will be dispatched between ten (10) or fifteen (15) working days from the date of confirmation of purchase.
Once MULTIPLO has dispatched the order, confirmed and delivered to the Shipping Company, the Client will receive a notification of dispatch with the information of the tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the page of the Shipping Company. MULTIPLO is not responsible for delays in delivery of your order by events of force majeure or fortuitous case. MULTIPLO will not be responsible when it has not been possible to make the delivery in the indicated address for causes directly attributable to the Client. In this case, the Client will be responsible of contacting the Shipping Company. For security reasons, no order will be accepted when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and his/her address.
- Lost Package/Product: In case of a lost or stolen package, the Shipping Company will be responsible of initiating an investigation process to find out the location of the package and determine the procedure to request a refund for the value of the lost edition/product, taking into account the insured value.
- Unsuccessful Deliveries: If the Client is absent at the time of delivery of the package by the Shipping Company, the delivery man will leave a note indicating the procedure that must be followed for requesting a new delivery.
If the edition/product has not been delivered within fifteen (15) working days after the date indicated of the attempt of deliver, the Client must contact MULTIPLO via email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the Client does not proceed accordingly, the package will be returned to MULTIPLO’s established warehouses, and the Client will bear the expenses related to the return of the edition/product, as well as any possible associate expenses.
- Delivery Diligence: The Client must confirm the good conditions of the package. If, subsequently, once reviewed the edition/product, the Client detected any incidents such as shock, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused in it by the shipment, the Client must notify MULTIPLO via email (email@example.com) within seventy-two (72) hours of the delivery of the edition/product.
- Incomplete Order: To initiate a claim to the shipping company for a missing edition/product in the package delivered, the Client must check the conditions in which it was received, indicating any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging.
The Client agrees to notify MULTIPLO via email within seventy-two (72) hours after receiving the edition/product, in order to request a formal complaint to the Shipping Company which will be valid within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the time the Client receives the package.
- CHANGES OR RETURNS
MULTIPLO does not accept changes or returns of its editions/products, except for those that have suffered any defect from reasons not attributable to the Client. If the edition/product delivered to the Client has any defect or does not match his order, MULTIPLO will coordinate with the Client the return of the defective or erroneous edition/product and, consequently, the delivery of the corresponding edition/product.
The Client will have to communicate to MULTIPLO within seventy-two (72) hours following the date in which the Shipping Company confirmed the delivery of the package, if the edition/product has any anomaly. The claim must be made in writing to MULTIPLO email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or contact information listed on the Website.
- LIABLITY LIMITATION
MULTIPLO will be exonerated of the responsibility that derives from the defective edition/product, when it demonstrates that the defect comes from:
- The misuse and undue care of the edition/product by the Client.
- The claim terms established in article 11.
- APLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The services provided through the Website and the Terms and Conditions of the Website, are governed by the Panamanian law. The parties agree that any dispute or controversy arising out of or related to the Terms and Conditions or the services provided by MULTIPLO, including the application, interpretation, implementation and termination thereof, shall be submitted to arbitration at law in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of Panama (CeCAP) of the Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of the Republic of Panama. The arbitration shall take place in the City of Panama, Republic of Panama and shall be conducted in the Spanish language, applying the pertinent laws in force in the Republic of Panama, on the date of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Client.

- SERVICE SCHEDULE AND SHIPPING OF ONLINE SALES
MULTIPLO staff operates in Eastern Standard Time Zone (GMT-5) from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday. Purchases made through the Website within the previously established hours, will be confirmed by email the same day MULTIPLO receives confirmation of payment. The purchase made in different schedule to the previously indicated, will be confirmed once working hours have resumed.
- The shipment of items purchased on the Website will be made through an international shipping company and will be dispatched approximately between ten (10) to fifteen (15) working days as of the reception of the full payment of the purchase order.
- To avoid problems in the delivery (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home etc.,) is essential to correctly complete the corresponding form that will be provided at the time of finalizing the purchase order.
- The tracking of the orders can be done through the website of the Shipping Company, which will indicate at all times, where the editions/products are located until their final destination.
- The price of the transport is taken from the fixed tariffs that each Shipping Company handles. The shipping fees will be calculated when including each article in the shopping cart and will be detailed in the page that summarizes the purchase before the confirmation of the order by the Client.
- Shipping costs may be modified at any time without previous notice. Such change will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in the help pages and the contract published on the Website. In any case, the shipping costs that appear at the time of the order will be valid.
- The delivery schedule will be from Monday to Friday 08:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M.
Additional information: The day before the delivery, an e-mail will be sent to the Client with the information of the tracking number of the order and the sales invoice in PDF format.
